켄트 칼더 존스홉킨스대 국제관계대학원 동아시아연구소장도 “문 대통령이 돌파구를 원하고 있고, 북한은 더 많은 자원이나 제재 완화를 간절히 원하고 있다”며 “하지만 남북 간 합의가 다른 관련국들, 특히 미국에 어떤 효용을 줄지는 쉽게 알 수 없다”고 지적했습니다. ‘북한의 신뢰도에 대한 회의적 시각이 많다”는 이유를 들었습니다.

There is just a lot of skepticism about North Korea's credibility.”
