국무부 관계자] “The DPRK regime is wholly responsible for exploiting its own citizens and diverting resources from the country’s people to build up its illicit nuclear and ballistic weapons programs.”

“북한 정권은 자국민을 착취하고, 재원을 주민들로부터 불법적인 핵무기와 탄도미사일 프로그램 증강 쪽으로 전용하는 데 전적으로 책임이 있다”는 비판입니다.

이 관계자는 “북한의 인권 상황에 계속 우려한다”고 밝혔습니다.

[국무부 관계자] “We remain concerned about the human rights situation in North Korea. Even where we disagree with a regime like the DPRK, we must work to the best of our ability to alleviate the suffering of its people.”
